What information stays on my device?

Your glucose journal entries, personal settings, meal notes, and much of your day-to-day tracking stay in your browser on the device you use. The reminder service and account access use server-side records; the Privacy page explains that boundary plainly.

Can the LaidBack Diabetes Assistant send reminders?

Reminder delivery is an optional service. You must choose the reminder account, confirm your email, accept the data boundary, and grant browser notification permission. Without those choices, the app can remain local-only.

Can I use the LaidBack Diabetes Assistant on my phone?

Yes. the LaidBack Diabetes Assistant is designed for phone, tablet, and desktop browsers and can be installed as a Progressive Web App where your browser supports it.

What should I do if I am unsure about a reading?
